1770 is just the best place to get tattooed. The atmosphere is perfect, great vibe &, unlike other tattoo studios I've been to, the people are so friendly & welcoming. Initially I had a small tattoo done by Adam which I loved, since then Jason has sorted out 3 cover ups. An extraordinary artist who just seems to 'get' what you want, the work he's done for me gets compliments everywhere I go. On top of that he's simply a bloody top bloke. Intimidating, rough, hard as nails - that's what you might expect from a tattooist, but Into You (or 1770, as they're about to change their name) are none of these things. Have previously had really good experience from these guys. My mother in law had her first tattoo with them a few years ago and they made her feel very comfortable. Unfortunately I just phoned them and the lady made me feel stupid for asking a few questions. A real shame. Nonetheless my first port of call if I am in Brighton looking for a tattoo. Had my first two tattoos on my feet by Lucy a few years ago and cannot recommend highly enough. I am planning on going back for my third soon and will be heading straight back to the Brighton shop with no hesitation. I had a slight reaction to one of my tattoos but the aftercare advice was fantastic and all the staff were really caring. You can just about request every type of design and style here and if you are after a unique or custom made design then you have found the right shop. Read Less

Absolutely brilliant. I visited back in February and had an insanely intricate tattoo done on my back. I was a bit nervous about taking my top off, but Zoë was perfect, reassuring me and supplying me with a pretty sheet to cover up with. This was my first tattoo ever and it was either go big or go home for me! It's a big old back piece so I was nervous about it. Zoë's artistic skill is unquestionably stunning, I was in constant awe for the first couple of days and kept starin...g at the beautiful tattoo she had done on my back. She's an artist and is clearly incredibly passionate about what she does. I can't speak high enough of her, she's honestly graces my body with the highest quality art I could ever hope for. I highly recommend Zoë to both new and veteran tattoo lovers. She's very considerate and accommodating. I will be back soon to get the outlining coloured and will definitely book in with Zoë again as I felt so cared for.
