First tattoo I had there was great and had no problems, second was abominable and was promised a free touch up. After chasing them for weeks through every conceivable method of communication I had it booked. After travelling 2 hours for it I was told it was the day before and I must have it wrong. I showed the guy the messages I received confirming the time and date but he didn't want to hear it and was told I should be happy for the free touch up at all. I said that I'm not happy with it and they said that I have disrespected the artists work and he wouldn't do it now. I have heard many bad stories about this place an after speaking to afew people about the experience have heard about similar things happening to other people there, they are disorganised, unprofessional and couldn't run a bath. I now have to go elsewhere just to have it finished and it's a nightmare to find anyone who's willing to work on another artists work.
