Customer service in this place is practically laughable.. Walked in to get a piercing and a tattoo and the two ladies that worked there were just sitting on the sofas with their feet up on their phones, stood there for a good few minutes staring at them before they finally looked up and asked what I wanted. I’ve come back to Anna a few times for piercings now but she can be really rude. Feel uncomfortable coming in and don’t feel welcome at all, will go elsewhere from now on. Read Less

Really helpful place, welcoming atmosphere, not at all 'weird' as you might expect a tattoo parlour to be. Had my daughter's ears pierced here, so much more hygienic and healing-friendly to be done with the needle by a well-trained specialist than the well-known High Street store alternative! Would highly recommend having piercings here. Had all mine by Anna, who is lovely & explains everything she is going to do & all about the after care. Stef is working on a big cover up for me on my shoulder which I have been very anxious about getting done due to a dodgy old tattoo. Stef is a true professional and she's made me feel at complete ease. She is a natural artist with a great eye for colour and design. She clearly loves what she does and takes pride in her work.
