Can't fault Deerheart. Now been tattooed by all 3, Amy, Craig and Jayson. Been pierced and lasered by the lovely Kerrie and looked after by Lilla... hubby is a regular with Gal and Craig. Everyone is so helpful and friendly, nothing is ever to much trouble. Yes sometimes you have to wait for an appointment but there is a reason for that!!! Because they are bloody good at what they do.... if I didn't have to wait I would wonder why they don't have a waiting list and question what was wrong...so if you want talent, a decent cuppa and friendly atmosphere I'd recommend this place.. I went in to deer heart in November 2016 to book in a new tattoo. I'm still waiting for an appointment and to be told today that I may be waiting until the end of July and that's if I manage to respond to an email within 24 hours that will notify me of a time. Not a way to do business. Read Less

Sent a message first thing in the morning to see if there was any free spaces with Gal the barber, fortunately he had 1 free same day, it's always a struggle to find a decent barber but im glad i ended up in this mans chair! Talked through what I wanted and took in all advice given at the same time and even helped showing what would look better from what id stuck with for the last few years and previous barber just doing the same thing each and everytime, highly recommend Gal at the shop and look forward to the many trims too come. I had my septum pierced here today.The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Kerry was amazing in doing the piercing quickly also being so friendly and making sure I was okay after the piercing. Gal is the only local barber I will trust to work on my beard. Kerry is a demon with laser gun. She is so knowledgeable and honest about your expectations.
