I got a piercing from here and then a week later had to have it changed out. I went to another piercer after and was told that the process used for my piercing (piercing gun) had been a bad idea. The new piercer I went to gave put a bigger ring in (which means I had to change it once more) and told me to come back in two weeks to switch it out to a smaller ring (I had had a smaller ring in, but was told by my new piercer that it was better to go bigger before going smaller for healing). Others also told me how using a gun on a piercing in the area I received it in is generally a bad idea - this was after I had gone to get the piercing. I usually go to a local piercer in the area, but he was on vacation and I really wanted to get this piercing done. Unfortunately I'll have to be traveling a little further to meet my piercing needs. Awesome work. For the last twenty-five years, I have been told that Rabbit was the man to see if you wanted high quality, original artwork, on your skin. Now I've just turned 60 and i have got my first tattoo. It was worth the wait. The shop was excellent and very clean and Rabbit is just cool to spend time with. Worst tattoo experience. Upon first look tboth of the tattoos I've receive there looked fine but after some healing both faded a considerable amount. I have 6 tattoos and have never had that happen anywhere else. The lines were also horrible. Plus, it's way overpriced. Do not go there!!!!!! Read Less

Went for a nose piercing, and received (without being asked a preference) a huge gold ear piercing stud which was a nightmare to get out after healing. On reflection I had the feeling the guy had no idea what he was doing and was possibly filling in, as they seemed surprised to see me, even after booking an appointment. On returning to get some nosestuds I was treated with contempt after explaining my problems, made to feel I was unwelcome and charged £10 for a tiny stud. Absolutely Brilliant!!! This was a cover up of an 30 year old tattoo and I am delighted with the results!! I can't believe that Rabbit could even make sense of my confusing and rambling description of what I wanted. Almost like he could see what I had imagined!!! I got my nose pierced here and I am not happy at all. First off, they did it with a gun instead of a hook, and when it came time for my stud to be changed out it was in so tight I couldn't even do it on my own because they used a butterfly back to it, which isn't advised for a nose piercing. When I called to ask if they would help me take it out, the receptionist was rude to me and said they didn't have time to do it today (really?! You don't have five minutes to fix something that was YOUR error?!). So, obviously, customer service was poor and I'm definitely not going back, nor do I suggest anyone else. Read Less
