Oz and his wife are super friendly and immediately put you at ease....Oz reworked the image I gave him making it so much better than I could of imagined. Absolutely love the tattoos that Kirsty has done for me today, four done under an hour! They're so perfect and unique. She is a lovely lady & she even went over a small tattoo for free that I had done a few years back and now it looks amazing! I never been in one of the shops of Tribal Images cause I'm living in Belgium. But I met Kirsty her in a shop and since then she is the only one who can tattoo me. Just for the simple reason that she is an awesome artist. I got 4 tattoos and they are all done by Kirsty! So even on the other side of the sea, there are fans of Kirsty's work. And the distance is not an issue for my design. She is always prepared to talk to me and to send me designs before she comes.Read Less

If it were possible i would give these 0 stars. me and my friend had a small heart tattoo on our wrists which cost £25 each2 days after having it done both of the tattoos became very inflamed, weeping and raised. I went to the doctors and it was infected and had to take a course of antibiotics. Now the tattoo is healed its patchy and wonky and the colors are completely different from what i chose. I went in to talk to them about it and they said it wasnt infected and doctors do not know what they are talking about. they also said if i wanted it cleaned up i would have to pay. Getting a Tattoo can be a daunting experience. Choosing a design that's going to be with you the rest of your life is hard and more importantly, choosing the right Tattooist is even harder! I had several people recommend Tribal Images so I chose the Hanley Studio and popped in for a chat. The studio was absolutely spotless and well set out. I found the staff there to be extremely professional and very helpful. The whole process from start to finish was easy and relatively painless! I chose Kirsty for my first tattoo as I has seen a lot of her work on other people. She's a highly skilled artist with a unique style. I'm very happy with my piece! I'm going to have some black and grey work by Oz for my next tattoo. After seeing one of his amazing pieces on a friend, I really cant wait! Give these guys a try, you wont regret it! Read Less

I provided my own artwork to this outfit.  It was MY artwork.  I wanted to choose my own colours, so they coloured it in with felt tip pen.  I went to look at it today, and wasn't sure about the orange so asked if I could take it with me to consider.  They said NO.  No sensible explanation, just that it was "their policy"  I explained that it was MY artwork.  The woman, Kirsty was dismissive and impolite.  I decided I do not want to be tattooed by an organisation which is rude and disrespectful, and also stupid (of course I am entitled to take away my OWN artwork).  What on earth were they afraid of?  It is PATHETIC.  I rang back to politely ask for a refund, as I do not want to do something that will be with me for the rest of my life to be an unpleasant and negative experience.  A man told me to Fuck Off.  Can you believe that?  I was incredibly polite about it, but didn't even get as far as explaining why I wanted to cancel the appointment.  Don't even go there.
