From the initial enqiry phone Call I made to the salon, it was so obvious that this place is a professional outfit, they were more than happy to give me all the information and advise I was looking for, my only regret is that I didn't approach this salon first. I made an appointment to have corrective pmu, and I have to say, I was impressed with every element of the service I received. Kelly is such an amazing technician. She explained every part of the procedure, and throughout the treatment she was constantly checking to see if I was comfortable. Kelly's keen eye for detail, calmness, and expertise is WORLD CLASS!!!! Thank you so much.

Customer service very bad phoned few times and each time person on other end wasnt friendly, didn't introduce who was talking to or the company thought had phoned wrong number and other time noone repied after said hello few times was ridiculous. Didn't bother going there just because of this sounded badly run

Kelly and Tamsin are two of the most kindest and friendly ladies I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.Within minutes of being in the salon I felt at ease and was made to feel very relaxed and comfortable. Both ladies talked me through my procedure s.,Kelly with my new eyebrows and Tamsin with my hand poke tattoo and may I add how happy I am with both of them. After being diagnosed with Breast cancer in 2012 and further having a double mastectomy Kelly understood how important it was to me to get just the right shape and colour with my eyebrows so if I need further treatment that they would keep looking as natural as possible.Her kind gesture then moved me to tears,something that will stay with me forever .10/10

Totally and utterly fantastic. Needed a cover up for an abomination of a tattoo that was done on my hip 11 years ago which had bled out into the skin when re-inked leaving just a blob of ink.

Had a small flash tattoo which was a special birthday gift. On unwrapping the tattoo at home I was disappointed to see that the arms and hand look slightly phallic. After a discussion with the business owner (as the original tattooists customer service was rather poor) the situation has been rectified. I can't thank Kelly enough for all the help she has given me and has gone above and beyond in rectifying this situation. I would recommend using this studio especially if you have to deal with Kelly as she is a dream. :) xx

Went today for first time. Beautiful premises inside and out. Totally professional. Very thorough explaining semi permanent make up process. The owner has studied hard to obtain the relevant certificates to do this job. She is a very professional woman who cares about her customers, in ensuring that they are totally happy with the result. Full details and health questionnaire. Very caring and professional carrying out tattooing. Felt very at ease. Eyeliner done perfect - excellent. So pleased. Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat. From the initial enqiry phone Call I made to the salon, it was so obvious that this place is a professional outfit, they were more than happy to give me all the information and advise I was looking for, my only regret is that I didn't approach this salon first.
