I visited Cannock Ink with my mum, after we got some Groupon vouchers. Setting up the appointment over the phone and confirming via Facebook was easy to do with no complications. Alex, the artist, was amazing. Very attentive, very thorough, very careful with his work. The tattoos that we left with are fantastic, exactly what we both wanted. I would recommend him to anyone. However. I got in touch in advance to ask about their disabled access. They told me that a wheelchair wouldn't be a problem, and that there was parking nearby. The nearest parking, although admittedly not exactly their fault, was up in hill tucked to one side. There was no way a wheelchair was going to fit through the door, nor would there have been room for it. My mum ended up having to use her crutches instead, which was less than ideal. Overall, I'd recommend a visit for the quality artwork, but not if you have any major mobility issues, as it seems they just can't cater for it. Read Less

Although the staff members were helpful, the designated tattoo artist arrived partly after the appointment time, hadn't prepared the stencil which took even more time and took over 30 minutes to place the stencil correctly. On top of all that, the artist failed to successfully place the stencil in my preferred style and was rushing to get it done. Read Less

Booked a wowcher with them, the artist was late and was really disinterested in what i wanted. I left with what I (and other professionals) considered to be a bad/unfinished tattoo. After talking with the manager I got a partial refund which paid for me to get the tattoo reworked and now it's one of my favourites. Maybe the artist was having a bad day? But all was sorted in the end. All of the other work I witnessed in the studio was fantastic, maybe the consultation process could do with some work. Read Less

Absolutely love this place. I've now got 2 tattoos by cannock ink (which are fab!) and the tattooists were great. And a piercing �. I think I can safely say I'll be back (as I've been there 3 times already!) and the lady who did my piercing today was great! totally recommend ����� Read Less

I am absolutely in love and gob smacked with how talented Kirsty your female tattooist has worked her magic on my scar cover up today , came in on her day off and did a full 7 hour tattoo with hardly any breaks , she made me feel so at ease and helped me wen it got tough , can't thank her enough as the cover up means so much to me and will change my life and give me so much more confidence, she is so underrated and totally needs so much recognition for her work !! � Read Less

Booked a tattoo for me and my mom using the groupon 3 hour booking, in the end they managed to talk us into 2 days sittings for £225 each for 2 different artists which we thought was a bargain. Day 1 went great although my artist was very awkwardly quiet which didn't make the sitting anymore comfortable. They made us pay in full on the first sitting which we thought was very weird, The second time I booked in they cancelled a few days before the appointment saying Luke was unavailable that day but mistakenly messaged me saying he was available 30mins later which made me think they had given my appointment to someone else, after that I tried to change artists which then led to it being cancelled a second time. My moms artist Arthur was really good and friendly but before finishing her tattoo he up and left and we are still waiting for him to come back and finish it, the manager or guy who's normally at he front desk was no help with the situation and when asked for a refund he's now saying there was nothing he could do. I went back today to get mine finished with Luke who showed a lot of improvement with conversation, the result of the tattoo was amazing but when going down stairs to pay the manager said I owed £60 for the last hour although we started late so I said it was half an hour, he then charged me £50 for HALF AN HOURS WORK SAYING £50 is the minimum. Also when I asked for them to come up with a design they didn't and left it til the day which resulted in me waiting for 4 hours in total over my tattoo period. Both me and my mom are very irritated with the service and wouldn't recommend this place unless your tattoo is going to be done within a day!! Read Less

I booked a 7 hour sitting via living social to which admittedly I was late as got lost so accepted the loss of an hour then the lady who was doing it was really slow and then told me she was leaving at 5pm even though I was booked till 6pm. I asked if was ok if owed the hour and I'd book again to be told yes. I then purchased a 3 hour sitting via Groupon a completely different company to be told I can't use it as they only accept 1 booking via Groupon even though the last booking was through living social, also told I can't use the hour I was owed! So I ended up with 2 small pieces 1 of which hasn't even been coloured in and a few tiny cherry blossom for which should of been a 6 hour sitting. So if people think they are getting a bargain they aren't as they just work slower no doubt in the hope you'll go back. Read Less

This studio was recommended to me from a friend which is normally a good sign but not for me after making an appointment and sitting in the waiting area to be told I would have to re book. Don't think they booked me in the first place cuz I was asked to give evidence of the booking and a lot of questions were asked. This left me very disappointed and angry. Read Less

Hello there I've brought a seven hour tattoo session and off Welcher and altogether I had about 5 1/2 hours very disappointed should've gone to my normal tattooist who does a better job they are quick to take your money I know I only paid £119 but if I've put another pound to it could've gone to my normal tattooist who could've done the job in four hours And a better job Read Less

My wife and I visited on Saturday for our tattoos. We had an amazing time, great experience and exceptional tattoos. Our experience started with the very warm welcome by Gav, who was extremely hospitable throughout. Continuously checked that we were ok, offers of drinks and lunch. He was great. We received tattoos by Graham and Kit. Both were very friendly, attentive and easy going. They listened to what we wanted and offered advice and guidance.
