I went for my tongue piercing on Friday 27th and the woman was great! I was absolutely terrified and she reassured me Iβd be okay and clearly explained to me everything she was doing and when she was doing it. I couldnβt ask for a better experience
HOWEVER,
On Saturday my friends partner went for his as it was something we were going to get done together. The guy who (attempted to) do his tongue was horrific, shaking terribly and messed it up. He decided to retry which created a second hole in his tongue and scraped a vein. He took no responsibility for it and tried to blame my friends partner by saying he was fighting it.
I personally have had a bad experience with him in the past too but I assumed it was an off day.

My partner attended this place for his tongue piercing. The bloke that did it was shocking. He was constantly shaking and buggered it up then he decided to pierce my partners tongue again which then made my partners tongue bleed like no tomorrow and turns out hes scraped his vein. Would not recommend this place at all now. Further action will be taken due to this plus there were no form to fill in either

Went in for my ears piercing, the process was quick but I wasn't asked if I was allergic to anything or given any after care advice, found it quite unprofessional.

Really friendly! explained everything that was going to happen. gave me a lot of aftercare advice. Really does deserve 5 stars I'm going to them to get my belly pierced next

No issues with anything. Wendy did my piercing and she was amazing. Everything sterile and room clean. Professional at all times. Definitely highly recommend this place.

If you want an ear infection that needs treating with antibiotics and then going elsewhere for it removing for them to tell you 'you've been well and truly butchered' then this is 100% the place to go...
If you want an ear infection that needs treating with antibiotics and then going elsewhere for it removing for them to tell you 'you've been well and truly butchered' then this is 100% the place to go. All caused by an unsterile daith piercing, disgusting hygiene.

My daughter had naval pierced on her 16th birthday. Signed no disclaimer, given no aftercare advice etc. the piercing is absolutely shocking, it's diagonal for starters and she's currently been sent by her GP to hospital for it to be removed and is on antibiotics. It's only been pierced 4 days today. Unable to contact probodys via phone. I have many piercings and tattoos (thankfully not by this company) i always sign a disclaimer and am given written aftercare.

I have Visited Probody for years and I have always had First Class service and all my piercings here. I have also taken my children there for piercings too. My latest piercing was the inner part of my ear as for 26years Ive suffered with aggressive headaches/migraines attending MRI & CT scans over the years to be told it was common take X-Y-Z in tablets and having numerous stays in hospital. So ive had the piercing 2weeks and WOW ive not had a single headache or ear-ache. The Best Β£20 I have spent. I have recommended anyone who suffers the same as I to go pay Probody a visit. Very Happy xx οΏ½

I got my helix done today. I was expecting to fill out a form. And I was expecting a needle. Not a gun. There was no warning and no explanation. My ear is rejecting the stud already. This is my second helix I have had done so I knew what my ear would be like afterwards if it was done properly.
I went to another parlor that day and he advices me to wash it and as soon as possible change it or/and loosen it.

My daughter had naval pierced on her 16th birthday. I got my helix done today. I was expecting to fill out a form. And I was expecting a needle. Not a gun. There was no warning and no explanation. My ear is rejecting the stud already. This is my second helix I have had done so I knew what my ear would be like afterwards if it was done properly.
