Very friendly and welcoming, £80/ hour which is decent. Would highly recommend asking for Gav he's an amazing artist.

Went into infinite ink to get the cartilage of my ear pierced. The staff were very welcoming, and gave me a for to fill in while they set up for what I'd asked for. As I am under 16, they made sure my parent signed the papers before they started. I was taken into a private room, which looked very clean. The lady washed her hands before putting on a pair of gloves and cleanngmy ear. She made sure I was happy with where she was going to pierce my ear before she started. She then showed me that all of the equipment was in a sealed packet, and sterile.  Once my ear was pierced, she gave me a mirror to look in and made sure that I didn't feel faint or anything. Very pleased all in all, and thank you for the wonderful piercing!!! Read Less

Lanarkshire's premier tattoo studio?Infinite Ink has played a large part in my life over the last few years. After having spent nearly 24 hours under the needle, I cannot compliment the shop enough. As a custom design studio its second to none. All of the work I've  received has been created in consultation with myself. This resulted in unique pieces of artwork, bespoke and configured to suit my personal tastes... which certainly beats the 'pick something off the wall' experience you'll find in the many studios. The reception staff are friendly and knowledgeable while that artists are extremely talented (they're on facebook and have a website). You'll find the atmosphere relaxed and the surroundings extremely hygienic - all the sanitary precautions are adhered to strictly. I personally find that the fish tanks and piercing displays are a welcome distraction to my pre-tatt nerves. If you doubt how good a studio it is, make an appointment... The waiting list is reassuringly long. If you want to just turn up and get some random work done, you'll have to go elsewhere. If you want custom ink, great service and a tattoo your proud to show off, this is the place for you.So in response to the opening question: Definitely Read Less

Infinite Ink is one of the long line of tattooists and piercers that line Low Waters Road in Hamilton. It has some pretty stiff competition from long established Lorraine's Tattoos and Kenny's House Of Pain, but this studio seems to have the best reputation amongst them. It's spacious and airy looking with the front of the shop completely glass with the shops logo across it. The waiting area is comfortable with couches and magazines and the staff are really friendly. I went here for a piercing and can tell you that in my professional opinion that she was really good at what she did. I was fully briefed and given an aftercare sheet which is always a sign of a good piercer.I booked in for a tattoo as well, and went for my consultation which i had to wait a couple of months to get, and the artist drew it up for me and i was really happy with it. I had paid my 20.00 consultation fee which i have never heard of elsewhere, and was told to wait a couple of weeks till an appointment came up and they would contact me. Weeks passed, i rang them and was told i would get a ring back but i never, ever did. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I was really disappointed with this service and it totally put me off going there for a tattoo, or even another piercing. The 20 quid 'consultation fee' was also a complete con, because in the end i paid it for nothing. Good experience with the piercer, bad with the tattooist. Read Less
