Watched my friend get a tattoo and the guy was fantastic and the tattoo was beautiful. I then asked him to take a look at my new septum piercing because it was feeling really painful I was super swollen. He took one look at it, gave it a tiny fiddle (which hurt but he was really lovely about it) and immediately realised that the guy I'd gotten the piercing from - which was not him by the way - had completely messed it up. I got a bit teary but he was very kind, explained the dangers of me keeping it and insisted on taking it out for me. He explained everything he was doing and even told me I could ask him stop and even joked with me a bit which made me feel more at ease. It was quick, easy and painless and did it for me free of charge and even sent me off with an alcohol wipe and a request for me to get my money back! I'm taking my mum back to get a tattoo and a nose piercing and so I 100% recommend to anyone. Even if you're just going in for a concern like me. Such a lovely guy!! Read Less

This is hands down the best place to get a tattoo in the West Country. Shaun is a gifted artist and the phoenix I now have on my back looks as though it really is moving. Not a good experience, got my nose pierced here spent all of 20 seconds dealing with me didn't explain anything just sat me down and used an ear gun to pierce my nose with a stud when I didn't even want a stud... which I have since been told 1) shouldn't have used a gun as I ruptures your nose (which it has) 2) been to get an 2nd opinion and have been told it been done too high (as he didn't mark it) so any ring I put in has to be huge to clear my nose! 3) I had to pay someone to remove the ear stud from my nose as it is impossible to undo a clasp that is in your nose!! After 6 weeks I am abandoning it and letting it heal as it is manky and ruptured in the inside and getting it redone by someone who's knows what they are doing. Avoid Read Less

Absolutely fantastic place to get a tattoo! Shaun is constantly tidying up after himself, shop is well looked after. He gave advice in regards to the tattoo I wanted, he didn't just any willy nilly for the sake of a few pennies. Great tattooist, had a real chat and a laugh. Got my first tattoo here today. Called with about 20 minutes notice, took me in, drew up what I wanted quickly and got stuck in. Good chat, professional and most importantly a very talented artist. Only reserve is the price but I guess for such short notice and wanting a very specific tattoo I'd have to pay what I did. Read Less
