i choose this place a few years back as it was the place to be as every one i no have been there also i have seen hundreds of his tattoos on all sorts of people his is very well nown for his work and as i have had 6 tattoos done at docs 5 by him 1 done by some1 there who was helping out  as the place was packed it was a load of rubbish and had to have it redone by doc who asked me when he saw it who did it i told him who and he redid it for free with out me even having to ask i asked for o rose the first time and got something that looked like a thistle doc drew a lovely rose over it and i was well happy thanks doc it takes an artist to be able to do what he does and for the lenth of time he been doing it and to be able to put right some1 elses mistake at the time i had this done i also had a unicorn on my back which he free hand drew most of it and added some fab colours to it and has plenty of detail the one i had done is one of a kind as it aint on offer for any one to have and i am sure if any one unhappy with any tattoos done by him or by his staff he would put right or at least try to he might be getting on a bit but he the best tattooist there is as no one has lasted as long as he have for the many years he been doing it and still going Read Less

My first tattoo here was at the age of 11 years when I was also under the influence of alcohol. The parlour was a very welcoming environment, with Doc providing encouragement to answer the question of my age verbally and loudly. Are *nods* you *nods* over *nods* 18 *nods* ?I went back for my second tattoo at 13, and then a "coverup" of the first at 15 (when Doc decided to just fill the middle of the tattoo in with outliner ink).Now twenty years on, both were laid too deep into the epidermis, so there is no sharpness at all and my first one looks just like a lovely black blob.Things do not seem to have changed either, as I just read an article in the press about an underage girl being tattooed here too. I had all three of my tattoo's done at Doc Graham's. I was pleased with all three results :] The tattooist is friendly and made me feel really calm whilst having the tattoo. Not only was it cheap but the quality and design was better than I'd even imagined. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Read Less

I chose Doc Graham's for my first tattoo a couple of years back because it was the only place I had heard of. Then I chose it again more recently because it was the first place I'd thought of. It's one of the oldest places but it's probably not the best. I only had a few letters etched on to my wrist the first time but it was quick, clean and pretty cheap (it only cost me £10). On closer inspection the writing was a little wobbly but nothing major.The second visit, I was tattooed by another guy who was far more thorough and even though I had lettering again he printed out different fonts for me to chose from and the tattoo itself is far superior to my first. It is clean and I watched them select a new needle from a sealed pack and put on fresh gloves. For something simplistic this is absolutely fine but if you're choosing something more complex I'm not sure if you'd get exactly what you're after. Read Less
