They forgot my appointment so I wasted my Saturday morning for nothing. They didn't even say sorry, that was more rude and unprofessional than the fact itself

went in to enquire for a tatoo ..guy at reception looked at me like he couldnt be bothered to even have a conversation made me feel very uncomfortable. seemed they were all chatting .and i was distur...
went in to enquire for a tatoo ..guy at reception looked at me like he couldnt be bothered to even have a conversation made me feel very uncomfortable. seemed they were all chatting .and i was disturding there time .. cant recommend tatoo.s ..wont be using there services..made the lovely freindly people of cardiff look bad ..shame.

Awesome place to get your hair sorted. All barbers listen to you and take on board what the client wants.

Really good haircuts, they take their time and do a great job. Around £18 for a cut. It does get busy so it's usually a good idea to book in advance. Student discounts on some days (£13 for a hair cut...

The place definitely has a certain charm about it.

Yesterday, I ventured nervously into SWYD to have my first ever tattoo; despite amazing reviews and pictures online, I still didn't know what to expect or anticipate. For anyone wondering where to get theirs, please visit this incredible shop.
Not only are the staff incredibly down to earth, funny, relaxing and patient to tattoo virgins, but more importantly they are incredibly skilled. My tattoo artist did beyond what I ever wanted; I am utterly in love with my tattoo! I could not ask for more, and for what he created, the price is so very reasonable. The atmosphere of the place is so chilled and entertaining, and the place looks incredible.
But as I said, beyond that and most importantly, I am in love with my first tattoo. It was done so quickly considering the complexity of the design in places, I just could not ask for more. I will absolutely be visiting these guys again. Thank you!!
