Hi Brooklyn, sorry you feel this way, if you had a problem with my policy you should have said when you were in the studio and I could've sat down with you and explained what you are confused about. I charged you for 4 separate designs, the cheapest being £40. I discounted each tattoo £10 as Leon and yourself were getting them done together. My rates are in fact £70 an hour, not £60. The only reason there would be a wobble in a line is because you wasn't sitting well. You did not inform me that you had the flu, you said it was just a cold, which wouldn't effect the tattoo process. I repeatedly asked if you were feeling ok as you were having breaks every 3 minutes, in which you'd respond "I don't know" so I told you to lie down when you said you felt a bit dizzy and you refused. I then gave you a cup of water and suggested you go to the toilet if you're feeling sick, where you then stayed for 15 minutes talking on the phone. No I didn't have any sugar or a fizzy drink at hand so water was all I could offer, I do always warn clients to eat breakfast before hand and to bring a sugary drink to your sitting. I am always looking out for my clients wellbeing! I would have finished the tattoos that day but through no fault of your own you had to tap out. But you was late to your appointment as it is and made the sitting go on a lot longer than needed making me miss out on walk ins and lunch. (if finished that day i would have most likely had to charge you for an all day sitting with how things were going). So of course you have to rebook and pay for however long it would take to finish as this is my time and work, I didn't charge you for the redraws nor did I turn you away for being late. I am still willing to finish it for you but like I said, you'll have to pay for however long the sitting takes. Thanks.
