I had a tattoo done by Bex and the whole experience was great, Bex was so friendly and made me at ease the whole time which was nice for someone who hasn't had many tattoos. All the other staff were super nice the whole way through the process and very professional. The parlour has a comfy feeling and is super clean. There are two tattooing rooms, both with privacy blinds if you're getting a tattoo in a sensitive area. It's one of the smaller tattoo parlours in Cardiff, with only two artists, which for me was perfect because I felt like they really gave me the attention to detail when helping me with my design. They were also happy to do retouches to the tattoo after it had healed, and wanted to make sure the tattoo was exactly how I wanted it! Don't go to inkcognito. i had a tattoo design all drawn up, they had the design for over a week and it was all agreed to be fine.. when i got to the shop i was just told how it had to change. after over an hour of waiting i was told that it needed to be a quarter of the design on a completely different place of my body, was so bad that i decided to leave with no tattoo at all.. really quite shocking.
