Went in today for my first tattoo. Tattoo parlour and equipment was perfectly clean. The design I originally showed them was not exactly what I wanted but was close enough for me to be happy with it. Came here at the weekend and was booked in with Adam. Even though he's still an apprentice here, his work is amazing! Came in and was greeted by the staff and offered a tea/coffee. I came in on the off chance of a walk in tattoo. Adam made me feel so welcome and was more than happy to help me. I gave him a rough idea of what I was looking for and he came up trumps. I asked him for a love heart and my 3 kids names. He then came up with great design and was able to get me in the next day. Arrived yesterday with my mum to inquire about a tattoo for my mums 60th birthday. I was absolutely shocked at the customer service, made us feel very stupid and looked very uninterested in what I was asking about, very abruptly said they were booked up to December, then when my mum had said that we weren't wanting them big and they wouldn't take that long the guy said very abruptly "how would you know " I won't rant on but I will not be returning to this studio don't know if the guy was the manager but seriously need to think about customer service...just because the tattoos were not big or I wasn't covered doesn't mean I want to be treated like I'm stupid, actually Felt sorry for the younger guy trying to be a bit more helpful. #tattoo snobs!
