Felt that I was let down. After my appointment was cancelled due to the artist being ill I wanted to find another artist who could do the work for me. The shop being almost a 80 mile round trip and having arranged care for children it would have been 4 to 6 weeks before I could arrange another appointment. The artist did try to change the appointment date prior to going ill but this was not possible for me. I feel that I was entitled to my deposit returned as the artist had c...ancelled the appointment and could not meet my needs to re-book the appointment. I only received 50% of my money back. This was a very simple piece and no pre design work had taken place. I had also approached the artist about several requests all of which were refused or I was told could not be done. All ideas taken from completed tattoos. Think very carefully before you hand over any money. It's a real shame that the artist felt the need to keep 25 pounds of my money and sacrificed a later booking that would have been worth almost £400 to her. The whole experience you get from consultation to tattoo is exceptional. Knuckelz truly cares about how she is 'decorating' your body and her passion for her work shines through. I got my first tattoo at the sirens tattoo parlour by the beautiful Eli and from start to finish she was so wonderful and supportive with my ideas and I couldn't be happier with the end result!
