Got my ears pierced foe the first time and came here for it. I booked ahead just to be sure as is recommended. The lovely girl at the front desk was very friendly, we talked about the different styles of piercings for a while, before settling on a particular one, at which they were sterilised. The lady doing my piercings was equally nice and friendly, she told me what to expect and just told me to breathe in and out and all was done before I knew it, which barely stung at all. She told me how to take care of them, how to clean it out, how to contact her if I need to. All good and all done. If I go for more piercings or follow through for a tattoo I'd definitely consider this place pretty highly. Read Less

I went to get my tragus pierced on Friday and was tended to by guest piercer, Breo Hoek. The staff I met, and Breo, were all fantastic. They were friendly, calmed my nerves and I've never known a place be so professional and hygienic. A few months ago I visited Adorn for a consultation regarding having a tattoo, I wanted a custom back peice. Well I'm happy to say that the whole process has been easy and a joy to work with my artist. Rachelle designed and did the tattoo yesterday . So far I just have the line work completed but I've already booked my appointment for that shading. Love my piercing. Thankyou so much Chelsea for taking the time tocarefully run me through aftercare. I left feeling very looked after and peace of mind to know that they are on the other end of the phone if I have problems which I doubt I will as the place is so clean. The whole team are so friendly. I went there last year after a very bad experience with another piercing place using cheap jewellery and my skin rejected it aiden suggested to change it to a niobium metal i was very well looked after and it healed within a few weeks. Brilliant service. They have such a great knowledge of piercings. Will always come here from now on. Just gutted I didn't know about them when I got my daith piercing. Thanks again you guys! Today i was pierced by Lolly, i got my nose pierced and i was terrified, as someone who can be braught to tears by things such as injections i was shaking when i walked into the shop but the moment i sat down and started talking with Lolly and the other staff i was completely put at ease. I was highly impressed visiting Adorn today to get a new piercing. I really appreciated one of the ladies showing me all the jewellery I could have and she was also very kind and welcoming. Rachelle did my tattoo today and I couldn't be happier with it, From the consultation through to getting the tattoo what I wanted was at the front of her mind, She designed a beautiful tattoo for me based on something I showed her and was more than happy to resize for me until I was happy with the size, She did an excellent job and put me at ease even if it didn't always reflect in my facial expressions!
