The first time i got my nose pierced here, it didn't work out well..cartilage tear and subsequent boil on the nose. So i had to take out my piercing. I tried them again after 10 months. Two days later, the piercing fell off :( Can't really blame them for it, I suppose. On the upside, i had a pleasant experience. Professional service. Walked in and got my piercing done in 10 minutes on a Thursday afternoon. Very expensive though. 25 pounds for a nose piercing! Had my Daith piercing changed on Saturday and was super nervous . The gentlemen who changed it was absolutely lovely, very patient and put me at ease. I've been wanting to get my Tragus done but due to having the most painful experience with my initial daith piercing elsewhere I was put off. My experience was not good. I am only giving this 2 stars because of the helpful, friendly and supportive girl at the front desk. I have been to Tigerlily once before and all was good, unfortunately that piercer has left. I was already nervous and the piercer (and it turns out) manager rushed me on the positioning of my piercing of my midi which is not something you want when you are making a hole in your ear. I came in with my mother who he was rude to and ssshhed when she tried to help with the positioning. I realise they haven't got all day but I wanted to be sure he had the right position. Once my piercing was done he said that he had "run out of the after-care solution". I have since heard that they are 'ALWAYS out of the solution'! I then went to Claire's to get my seconds pierced and they were very nice and supportive. Although my piercing has been fine so far this experience at Tigerlily was really unsettling. Read Less

I wouldn't even give this company half a star. Apparently I have to, in order to submit my review. My experience was atrocious!!!!! The piercer, who is also the manager of the store pierced me twice in the wrong areas ( He pierced the wrong area of my tongue which caused a great deal of swelling to occur. He also pierced the cartilage, instead of the septum area of my nose. I was inflicted with excruciating pain which left me in tears). This led to infections and I had to remove both piercings. I confronted the manager/ piercer in store to voice my issue and was laughed at as if my conundrum was a flippant mishap. I really hope no one has to experience what I went through.
