I recently got my helix done here. I brought my own jewellery to get it done with as I am allergic to most metals. They checked the earing for size and suitability then steralised it and happily completed the piercing with my specific earing. The lady was very calm and kind and spoke to me to distract me as I was so nervous! Great and friendly staff. Quick and convenient piercing. Very happy

Such an amazing place with friendly staff, never had any trouble here. Got all my piercings done here. Highly recommend this place. The prices are great for piercings. Give good instructions on how to look after your piercings and give cleaning lotion. Will definitely be coming back here in the future to invest in a new piercing!:)

I rarely review on google but I felt compelled today after the negative experience I had. It's the third time I visit the shop (I got two piercings there and bought a few piercings- very little choice...
I rarely review on google but I felt compelled today after the negative experience I had. It's the third time I visit the shop (I got two piercings there and bought a few piercings- very little choice btw) and big beardy piercer guy is so rude I almost wonder why he is in this business AT ALL. He cannot stand being talked to, or asked anything unless you're a piercing geek yourself. He HATED being asked questions and was being cocky in his replies. I think towards the end he was realising how rude and unkind he was being with me, he tried to make it up. Too late.
Result: one less costumer and negative review on google.

Had a nipple bar put in here yesterday. Very, very nervous. However the guy who did it ( must get his name, he's done ear piercings for me previously) was brilliant. Cool, professional, considerate and kind. The studio is spotless and clinical. Everything is sterile and immaculate, but also has a warm atmosphere. The aftercare is also excellent.

Impulse call in to ask about an idea, receptionist (and I assume apprentice) was awesome ( sorry I did not catch her name ), introduced me to the Kelly. couple of issues getting the design sent across from Pinterest but all mine. And encouraged by positive chat and charming customer service I had a sitting. Really happy with stamp effect on my ink and how it's turned out and is now healing.

The tattooist (Scott?) took the time to find a design that worked, didn't rush the job & both he and Tim were super friendly & helpful. I've had nothing but compliments about it. I love this shop, good range of jewellery, staff are fantastic. The shop is modern and clean. My friend is having a tattoo removed and replaced and the results on both were amazing.

I recently got my helix done here. I brought my own jewellery to get it done with as I am allergic to most metals. They checked the earing for size and suitability then steralised it and happily completed the piercing with my specific earing. I rarely review on google but I felt compelled today after the negative experience I had.
