AMAZING!!!! Staff are so friendly. They make you feel very welcome and really listen to what tattoo/piercing you want. They are not money grabbers like most tattoo places!!! Every tattoo and piercing have had is perfect!! Reply to messages even on days they are closed! I would never go to any other company. Went into the shop today and was beyond dissapointed. Told the guy what I was after, we gathered some images and picked out what I had a rough idea of. The guy then asked me on numerous accounts what I wanted after I had told him several times.. He was too busy talking to everyone around him to take in what I was saying. I then paid deposit to be spoken to so rudely. I felt very uncomfortable and was so unhappy with the service I asked for my deposit back and that I would go else where as I was not being given the time nor attention I would expect. I was then spoken to very rudely once again. They failed to tell me how long the refund would take to go back into my account. Definitely have very very poor communication and terrible customer service. Will not be going back nor will i be reccomending to anyone. Read Less
