Vibe was nice but they charged me 60 quid for a 1cm tattoo and claimed it was because of the clingfilm cost then proceeded to put a 2 inch square piece of clingfilm on my tattoo. It didn't heal well which wasn't their fault but weren't really interested when I wanted it touched up. Considering their location in Nottingham they don't seem so fussed about keeping customers. I'm not saying the work was bad but there are plenty of better studios in nottingham to consider. Read Less

Can't believe I only found this little gem yesterday! A very relaxed atmosphere and a bit of Pink Floyd on the speakers is always a nice touch! Absolutely amazing studio with incredibly talented artists and super friendly staff. The atmosphere was so welcoming and everyone was so helpful and cheerful. Olga is a wonderful artist, she created a floral fairy ring on my thigh and it is such a piece of art, I’m lucky to live close to the studio but I would definitely travel to go there again as they made me very welcome and stayed open late on a Saturday night for me and they didn’t seem to mind at all! I've been to Thundercat twice now for my tattoos, the first was done by the lovely Jorjia and my more recent one was done by Sasha. Each time I've had a rough idea of what I wanted and both times I've been more than happy with the result. Generally speaking the atmosphere in the studio is great, Alex is super welcoming and kept forcing water and sweets on me as well as asking what music I wanted playing while I was inked :) Everyone in there has been really friendly and chatt...y and it always seems like everyone is having fun and loving what they do, special hilarity was watching Alex and Norbi taste test a Bounty vs a supermarket own brand variety.
