With our own on site studio all new products are tried and tested in a real working environment. We also pride ourselves of exceptional customer service. We have a large range of products from pre-soldered needles to full vacuum steriliser and also offer FREE TECHNICAL ADVICE to all our customers covering tattoo machines, colours, power supplies, needles and soldering. We also have a fully equipped onsite workshop for the tuning and repair of most makes of tattoo machines and equipment.

Ordered sunday night, payed for next day delivery, received my order Thursday(still charged for next day delivery) and 7/10 items were wrong. Was refused a refund (£220 order) until they'd received all the items back and had checked i had not 'tampered with them' will never use these idiots again.

Very helpful with advice on how to start tattooing and I bought some equipment in 2008 but unfortunately I had my equipment nicked by a dickhead that lived at the bottom of my street who pretended to be my friend but that has not put me off learning how to tattoo. Mark Fretwell and his staff are a massive inspiration to me and I would recommed any aspiring and budding tattooists to do business with them and get advice from them. Keep up the good work, guys.

Very helpful with advice on how to start tattooing and I bought some equipment in 2008 but unfortunately I had my equipment nicked by a dickhead that lived at the bottom of my street who pretended to be my friend but that has not put me off learning how to tattoo. Mark Fretwell and his staff are a massive inspiration to me and I would recommed any aspiring and budding tattooists to do business with them and get advice from them. Keep up the good work, guys.

Started using new image own brand inks in our studio last year, used it a few years back and wasnt massivly impressed, but WOW what a difference! Literally will ONLY use tribal black now (previously only used kuro sumi), white is brilliant, all other colours are very good, some people say its a bit thick, but these people would only cry if it was watery! Colours lay very well and we have no problems with them :)
