I couldn't be more pleased with the tattoo that the lovely Emma did for me a couple of days ago. It was a very personal and special one, to remember my mum, who recently passed away. I went to Emma with a good idea of what I wanted, but didn't know how to put it all together into a final design. She immediately took the pressure off and did this for me, always kind and understanding throughout. My tattoo is everything I had hoped for and lots of people have commented on how nice it is. It's a lovely studio with a nice atmosphere when you walk in and all of the staff are so lovely! Popped in today to see if someone could help me with my ear piercings that were starting with an infection. A very lovely lady (sorry, I didn't get your name) cleaned my piercings and replaced my studs for me free of charge even though I hadn't got my original piercings there. I love my floral tattoo from Miss Terri, starting with a perfect rose last year and added to with a daffodil and bluebells this week. Thank you for taking the time to get the design just right before going ahead, and for joining the two pieces together so naturally. Having spent the morning in the studio I'd also like to say how impressed I was at all the staff - other tattooists, piercer etc - who were around; everyone was so friendly. I could hear some of the consultations going on as well as conversations with walk-ins and the level of genuine customer care was remarkable. The studio is clean, unique and welcoming with fantastic staff! Terri was amazingly professional in looking after my Grandma who was having a tattoo for her 90th birthday!
