I had my ears pierced for the very first time. Very quick and following their instructions I've had no problems at all. Little bit of discomfort the first few days, but plain sailing after that, no sign of redness at all, healed perfectly. I recommend them for ear piercing for sure! Read Less

We went to the Northampton store for my daughters to have their ears pierced and I could not rate the ladies in there high enough!!! My eldest had the first one done and couldn't bring her self to get the second - you guys were so patient with her and although on that occasion her fear stopped her getting her second one done, today we managed to get the second one pierced after about half an hour of test runs as she was so scared. Andy in Northampton has done some of the best cover ups i have ever seen .He amazes me how he can see my disaster tattoo (not done by him)and then comes up with a master piece . I have had many compliments and at last I don't feel ashamed to show my arms this summer . Daughter and I had our tragus pierced today. The staff were just fantastic. After care explained very well and the lady piercing us was just so calming and put both of us at ease. The people that were in the Northampton piercing shop today were lovely when I got my nose pierced.
