I come here for all my piercings and have never had any issues, however I recently went to go and get my septum pierced and a piercer named Naty attempted to pierce me. she clearly had no idea what she was doing as when she attempted to pierce it, she only cleaned it and clamped it. she didn't inspect my nose or draw lines to check if it was straight. when she clamped it, the pain was beyond description, and then when she tried to put the needle through, it was being forced and her hand was trembling from the force she was exerting to push it through. obviously, it didn't go through and my nose was dripping in blood. at this point I knew she was piercing it COMPLETELY WRONG. when I came out and went back into the main shop, a lovely man went to go pick up another piercer to do it for me. her name was Katie and she was wonderful! she carried out a very extensive procedure before piercing me to check she was piercing the correct place and to make sure it was straight. when she pierced it, it felt almost pain free and the needle didn't need to be forced at all. I'm horrified by my experience of it going wrong the first time however I'm so so so grateful that Katie pierced me perfectly and everything turned out fine. Read Less
