Just want to say velvet ink regent Street Kettering I went there for the first time and bumped into Simon aguy that works at velvet ink such a very kind nice n careing. the team there are also amazing. my brother Steve had a phonomanol cover up n touch up amazeing . Recommended deffently thankyou to velvet ink. Also been tattooed by gimmy who to me has the best customer service himself n anne-marie spent time n effort to make sure my tattoo was just right very impressed Anna Marie does the pearcings also amazing at whot she does I wud recommend anyone to go and visit velvet ink kettering. Just walked in today, with no appointment, as I wanted a tattoo in memory of my dog, who passed away last week. When I first got there the ladies behind the counter were amazing, friendly, funny and welcoming, they even called Madalin at home to come and do my tattoo!! Never had service like that. He was fabulous, anything I wanted to change as he was drawing it on he did quite happily and with no problem. The tiny, and I mean teeny tiny heart in the middle is amazing, the attention to detail is fab. Ooh and they make an amazing cuppa tea!! Had 2 piercings with Suzie today. Even though I'm her niece she treated me professionally and just the way she would any other client. She was very calming and the piercings were over in no time with the smallest amount of pain ever. I had a rook piercing done here, it was a clean shop and the piercing was quick however, improper placement meant that I had to remove the piercing only 5 hours after getting it. I was satisfied with the customer service as I received a full refund with no fuss. For this type or piercing I would not recommend velvet ink to friends or family. Read Less

I had my belly pierced on Saturday before a event and i had my belly pierced. The piercer was kind and understanding to know i hate needles. She went through what she was going to do. After beginning, the piercing was over in a few minutes. Staring at my newly piercing, she had said it would bleed later on as i hadn't at the time. Later on i did bleed a bit and it look really bad but after cleaning up it was looking amazing. They gave me a aftercare sheet with instructions and everything i needed to know plus told me if i had any problems to get in touch.Read Less
