Had my rook pierced about a year ago and the ball fell off my piercing. I was unable to get it back in myself so asked if they could put it back in for me. There was no problem with this whatsoever but I was in there for ages as the hole at the bottom of my ear was really hard to find. Through it all Miki was so patient and so friendly as well and gentle, putting spray on it when it was getting too sore. She even put in a new bar for me when it became apparent that the piercing I had brought was not going to work. After all of this she didnt even charge me, except for the aftercare spray I bought. Had my nose pierced here! What a fab place! The staff were so lovely! Very clean and accommodating! Had to take a Second after having it done as felt a bit light headed so she came out with a hobnob and a glass of water and let me sit there for as long as I needed! Will defiantly go back!! Bad customer service Badly designed tattoos I got a voucher for Christmas so went and booked the tattoo. They were supposed to message me when they have a drawing ready so I can see if the size and design is fine and to make any changes if needed. After weeks of no hearing from them I have finally messaged them to find out they have forgotten about the tatto so next day they have sent me a drawing which looked so bad a child could of done a better job. ... I have asked them to do one exactly the same as the picture I have shown them previously but unfortunately they were unable to even copy someone else's work.... when I went in to try and get a refund they were very rude so I have sold the voucher to get my money back and booked a tattoo with someone who can actually do the job.
