North star as a business is great the issue is with a tattoo artist named Guy Fletcher.
He's clearly talented but don't expect him to show up if you travel from 2 hours away. He had double booked and then never showed and then holding the deposit money for 15 hours! Without a sorry. The prove was presented to the shop with the screen shots of Guy Fletchers go ahead and confirmed from the 2 day tattoos. It's lucky the hotel agreed to give the money back to go home that day raging. Unprofessional is definitely one kind word of describing Mr. Fletcher. All I got was abuse In messages from him for no reason. I might even post the screen shots of that to show everyone how wrong he is. Don't go to him. Trust someone else my advice.

Travelled for 2 hours to this studio for myself and my partner to wait outside for 30 mins as it wasn't open, then to find out we had been double booked and that the tattoo artist wasn't coming in that day.
Was really looking forward to having our tattoos done as we had arranged work commitments, travel, overnight hotel and childcare.
Have been in contact with the tattoo artist via Facebook with regards to getting our deposit back after being let down but still waiting a reply as well as our money, even after our booking was booked 2 months in advance and also confirmed a few days before our planned sessions.
There was help and an apology from one of the tattoo artists (Don) there as well as the mention of a full refund, just waiting for that to happen so we can get our planned tattoos elsewhere.
Guy Fletcher wasn't reliable, still hasn't even contacted us to explain or apologise. or offer us the full refund yet.

just want to say a big thank you to Keith for helping my daughter with her ear piercings infection. I didn’t have them pierced with you but can’t thank you enough for helping and your patience and care for one frightened little girl who now has perfect ears thanks to you, and she never stops talking about how you shared your birthday cake with her!
Thank you. you will definitely be my first port of call for any future piercings.

I had two secondary lobe piercings, two cartilage piercings and a nose piercing here and I've had minimal problems with each. The staff are lovely, the prices are very reasonable, and the waiting and piercing processes are very quick and easy. Would - and did - recommend.

The whole point of a deposit is to protect the businesses time as they are in high demand due the superb quality of their artists work. If you don't give them reasonable notice to cancel your slot they can't fill it and then they lose business. Maybe you would receive good customer service if you were a good customer.

North star as a business is great the issue is with a tattoo artist named Guy Fletcher.
He's clearly talented but don't expect him to show up if you travel from 2 hours away. He had double booked and then never showed and then holding the deposit money for 15 hours! Without a sorry. The prove was presented to the shop with the screen shots of Guy Fletchers go ahead and confirmed from the 2 day tattoos. Travelled for 2 hours to this studio for myself and my partner to wait outside for 30 mins as it wasn't open, then to find out we had been double booked and that the tattoo artist wasn't coming in that day.
Was really looking forward to having our tattoos done as we had arranged work commitments, travel, overnight hotel and childcare.
Have been in contact with the tattoo artist via Facebook with regards to getting our deposit back after being let down but still waiting a reply as well as our money, even after our booking was booked 2 months in advance and also confirmed a few days before our planned sessions.

The whole point of a deposit is to protect the businesses time as they are in high demand due the superb quality of their artists work. If you don't give them reasonable notice to cancel your slot they can't fill it and then they lose business. Maybe you would receive good customer service if you were a good customer.
