If i could give zero i would. Terrible customer service, make arrangemens to call but the call never happened and ensured you couldn't go anywhere else as told would call after everywhere else closed. Avoid like the plague. Friendly and helpful tool the time to offer advice and help me design and plan my sleeve. The shop was clean and bright it has a to and vending machine plus a rest room if needed. Martin was chatty and open always laughing and keeping the mood upbeat his draftsmanship is superb he doesn't rush and listens to what you say over all a top quality place not a bad word to be said.... Just be aware he gets busy so you could be waiting awhile as its a walk in only service appointments would be handy for me personally but obviously this system is best for him and it doesn't cause any issues You won't be disappointed with his work See More Read Less

martin has done my first two then an add on tattoos. yes you have to wait but this is testament to the fantastic work he produces. you name it and martin will almost certainleycreate it. i wasnt sure in getting a tattoo due to being unsure of pain. i spoke with martin and got the reassurance which resulted in me getting one on the monday and was back for another on the tuesday morning. then i returned at a later date and martin put an add-on to one of my exsisting add ons. not a problem to martin and it looks great. my tattoos are personal to me and not for to brandish in public. martin took this into concideration and they have been done as per my request.another martin. Went along for a piercing as I was in town visiting family. My piercing is still really sore 4 weeks later and the way you are handled is abrupt and silly. Went back a second time to give them a chance and just left after being faced with a 3 hour wait for 25 mins work. Was gonna get a tattoo and another piercing but took my money elsewhere. It's a shame they get to do as they please and to hell with customer service. People need to learn that Glasgow and Edinburgh are only... half an hour a way with an abundance of much more talented artists and you can make an appointment which is the norm. I called my regular place in Edinburgh and got an appointment 24 hours later. Glad they got my money instead. We had a lovely day out in Edinburgh instead. Lovely breakfast and went to the zoo instead of sitting waiting for hours for an OK quality piece of work.
