I heard about John through word of mouth, friends and Facebook. I've wanted a marathon tattoo for about 2yrs now (ever since my 1st marathon) and I thought about trying somewhere new. Well, I wasn't disappointed. Very talented, lovely guy who makes you feel at home and at ease. I love my latest addition :-) My first tattoo by John at Illusion Ink and it won't be the last. Just got home today after having my first tattoo from John at Illusion Ink. Firstly the time and effort John puts into his work is second to none, from the initial messages, design talk and sketches right up to the day itself. He made sure at every stage that the stencil was level and that I was comfortable. He is a super guy and I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a great tattoo experience. I will be recommending him to everyone I know.

John is very passionate about his work. He took plenty of time and loads of emails, talking, giving input about my design, colouring then drawing and re-drawing my design to get it right. On the day again he took his time adjusting the stencil until was perfect. Worth every penny and more. Just don't bother going anywhere else.

Just got home today after having my first tattoo from John at Illusion Ink. Firstly the time and effort John puts into his work is second to none, from the initial messages, design talk and sketches right up to the day itself. He made sure at every stage that the stencil was level and that I was comfortable. He is a super guy and I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a great tattoo experience.
