Had 3 piercings here and my first one went really well, didn’t have a problem with customer service, got two lobe piercings done and I think they gave me a dogey ball on my barbell because it fell off twice... once in a shop as I was on my way home from indigo had too put it back on, made sure it was in as tight as I could get it and went home to go clean my ear after the ball falling on the floor. When I got home I was boiling the kettle went to the bathroom to have a look and there was no ball on it once again.. i had to change out the earring because it would have just fallen out in my sleep... very angry because it was the same day, not sure if I’m now going to have problems with my piercing, the piercer really needed to make sure the earring is secured properly! The pain was awful changing it out so early too... maybe giving clients an extra ball just incase these things happen? Or just making sure that it’s sercured and isn’t faulty before hand... I have recommended indigo to others in the past but I will definitely be telling them to be wary to get their piercer to check its tightly on... please be aware of this before hand Read Less

I've been going to Indigo for years and always had excellent service. I have been tattooed by both Gema and Heather. I've been really impressed with the time give and dedication to getting the designs right to fit me, and if they have thought something wasn't going to work , they have advised and we have worked together to come to a solution. I've also had a couple of piercings and the piercisist knowledge of best practice and dedication to piercing in a safe way has always been exemplary. I did a little online research and found this place. I got my second tattoo here. I literally walked in and they guy said they could do it today in about an hour. It was quick, NEAT, clean, and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this place and tell my friends. also I had a great chat with my tattoo artist to help ease my fears and get my mind off of it.
