Very very disappointed. Came for a piercing previous and got turned away and came again today to be told that the piercer was just going on lunch and to come back in 40 minutes, which we did... Only to be turned away AGAIN! After travelling quite far specifically for the piercing and waiting around for 40 minutes I think this is extremely rude and the lack of customer service is disgusting. So angry and upset with the service at this place!! Not only have I had a piercing here before and it became so highly infected it made me ill, but today my friend wanted one done and I did warn her about my experience but she wanted it done so badly we went in and got told to come back in 40 minutes due to the piercing lady wanting to eat her lunch, we traveled all the way from Dereham but when we waited around and came back we then get told there's too many other people having piercings done that my friend now couldn't get her piercing. I've recently had my nose pierced. Before and during having it done, the staff were great, I was reassured and felt safe in their hands. However, once I'd had it done, I wasnt given any proper aftercare, they just gave me a sheet of paper which told me how to clean the piercing and that bumps may develop. I had a small bump on the outside of my nose and a large one inside my nose. I rang up and they suggested the oil they sell to massage the bumps down with so I purchased thi...s and tried it. This made the outside bump worse and made the site just very painful in general (they did say that it would be painful which was fair enough). I rang again and explained, they told me to stop using the oil and try another method which I did. But then I had signs of infection so was asked to come up so it could be checked. I drove from Wisbech to Lynn for the lady to quickly glance at my nose from over the desk and she told me it looked fine. I went to the doctors and have been prescribed anti biotics to cure the infection. Wasn't exactly 'fine' was it? The lady today was totally disinterested. They were very professional, explained after care etc. The process was quick and efficient, which helped my friend with no time to re-think! I went in to get an industrial piercing yesterday and i cant reccomend the staff enough. I wouldnt go anywhere else for piercings! For me fainting is more than likely to happen and i did start feeling really dizzy but the staff are so patient and let me sit in the store until i felt 100% again Honestly i wouldnt go anywhere else!! If you are thinking of buying something from them DON'T . They don't stand beyond their product. All they want is your money and thats it. They no that there's nothing you can do if what they send you doesn't proform as they state it will. But they do say they are fresh as can be. Alot that does when you spend 60 on 5 and not 1 works.
