I had a crappy old (30 years!) tattoo that I wanted covering up and I met Olivia and we discussed various ideas which she then went ahead with. 3 visits later and a shoulder and back tattoo that even impressed my teenage sons when they eventually saw it on holiday. Jack is incredible. I had a tattoo by him when he visited Brighton and I was so impressed with his preciseness as well as his design style that I've just traveled up to his home base in Scotland to get another, with a third tattoo booked with him later in the year. Had the pleasure of having a tattoo done here, by the brilliant Jason Corbett. The space is absolutely phenomenal, helping you feel relaxed and at ease from the moment you step in. The people working there seemed to be pretty chill and joking with each other all the time, and you also get to enjoy some awesome views over The Shore. Great place to get a tattoo. Experienced guys that do a range of stuff from blackwork to ornate Japanese style. Friendly place. Open plan spacious studio as well, not your usual pokey place. You need to call and book in advance. Depending on the artist it may take a while to get an appointment. Worth the wait. Read Less

I feel fortunate to have spent a bit of time working on a few ideas and the execution of what I was after is a credit to Jason. I can only describe the experience and the end result as "special" and I'm thrilled to show my friends and family. The premises are also very comfortable and I only wish I could go there to enjoy my £3 coffees! The other artists all take an interest in each others' work and although only a small thing, the vibe and energy would be the sort of place I'd like to work as an artist. Wes created a fantastic wolf tattoo, in his own unique style, for my husband, and Olivia tattooed my lower leg with a brilliantly coloured Godzilla emerging out of some peonies, and setting fire to them. I had a tattoo done by Jason 3 years ago (which I'm still in love with), so when it came to getting my latest one I didn't hesitate to go back to him. Not only is his work amazing, he's also a really chilled, sound guy and a good laugh. It was a cover up job this time, but I was sure from my last experience he'd be able to sort it. The design he created is beautiful and has covered the old tattoo excellently - as I expected, I'm super happy with the result. Aside from that, the shop is stunning, the other staff are lovely (also friendly, a good laugh and very helpful) and the price for the high standard of work here is so reasonable. I wanted something special for my sixth tattoo, and this was the perfect place! I'd followed them on Instagram for a while and knew the studio was beautiful and the art was great, but still it all surpassed my expectations! Jason did a brilliant job with the ideas I sent to him, and the studio itself is simple and gorgeous, not overcrowded with skulls and heavy metal paraphernalia like so many other studios out there. On holiday from the states, I was fortunate to set up time with Wes Vaughn in advance, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of my thistle tattoo. Insider is an amazing studio. It's a beautiful, big, open space that's filled with light from the big windows and the view is spectacular. It's clear that a lot of care has gone into creating a calming and enjoyable space to be in. Not only that but all the artists that work there are amazing. I've been tattooed by both Jason and Wes and had a wonderful experience with both. I couldn't recommend the studio more highly! Read Less
