Dropped into the studio since I was in the neighborhood and had my faux rook and third lobe pierced by Tiffy. She was so sweet and the piercings were honestly the least painful ones I've had done. Got a tattoo from a short Scottish guy, can't remember his name. I gave him a rough sketch of what I wanted, when I came in for the tat a week later he hadn't drew up a sketch and rushed through drawing one while I waited so it was a pretty crap drawing. When I asked him to change a couple things he'd be clearly bothered by it. I was on my own and as it was my first tattoo I was a bit nervous so I ended up accepting the sketch when I wasn't really that happy with. There were also a couple obvious problems with the tattoo like lines that don't match up and shading that doesn't make sense. Definitely wouldn't go back to this place or recommend it. Read Less

We went today afternoon 5 of us to get different piercings... This time has been the best experience with piercing stuff ever.. We went with no booking and get it just 2 hours after asking. The place was clean and nice... but the best was Emma or Gemma (dont remember her name quite good) the girl who made our piercings... she was such a professional and made a fantastic job. I was in Edinburgh on holiday but only for a short period of time.. For many reasons I was unable, up until the last minute, to schedule some Tattoo time. Edinburgh Ink came through for me with a last minute sitting with Gary! They worked with me via messenger and I showed up for my appointment. I met Gemma when I walked in. I cannot say enough how I appreciated Gemma's assistance, knowledge, acceptance, entertaining and stimulating conversation during my entire visit. A...bove and beyond! Gary, not only did an amazing job but also had an easy/light hand with his work! He entertained me with small talk as well as I challenged him to be creative with my tattoo! I've been to Steve 3 times now for different tattoos, he is an amazing artist and I've always been extremely happy with all my tattoos I have got in the studio over the years.
