Amazing service and talented piercer! I went in today for a scaffold ear piercing and was seen right away. Apparently it's meant to be one of the more painful piercings but in all honesty David was so quick and efficient I hardly felt it. The afte care advice was brill as well, can't wait for my transdermal--Highly recommend! Read Less

I have been coming to see Jan since last year, after I went through a pretty hard time in my life, so Jan knows the story behind my Tattoos, I had my first one done with Jan last year 3 sittings in total about roughly 8 1/2 9 hrs work but was very pleased with end canvass, Jan is absolutely amazing artist, I have had another 2 done since which I am very happy with and am now ready to get my final one done, which Jan is designing so very excited, not saying I won't get another one done but theese are about this chapter of my life so the books open who knows what will happen next, anyway all the staff have been fantastic even had a piercing done, would definitely recommend Dragonheart. Right from the moment I walked in they were brilliant and friendly. I knew what I wanted and they explained how it would have to be modified to suit the area I wanted it in however I wasn't too keen on modifying the design so I went for something entirely different and they quoted a fair price. Later I again changed my mind but they were still happy and helpful. Once again I was quoted a fair price. Jan, the woman who drew up the design for my tattoo was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. When the day came I was a little nervous with it being my first tattoo and Jan put me entirely at ease. The resulting tattoo is beautiful and they are all incredibly professional and friendly.
