Can't even express into words how happy I am with my new tattoo courtesy of Sam's amazing art work. It is amazing and is healing well. I love it xx

I'm thrilled. From making enquires to booking in and then actually getting my tattoo done, everyone was amazing. I couldn't be happier with Sam's work.

Absolutely love it at Empress. Sam is brilliant she has helped me so much to rework a tattoo I was very disappointed with that was done at a different tattoo studio. Nothing is too much trouble for Sam and she did everything to make my tattoo so much better. Thanks so much Sam xxxx

Had to change review, just noticed that I gave good rating. First experience was great, went back for advice as there was mistakes on tattoo. Asked take to lady that done it and person on desk said th...
Had to change review, just noticed that I gave good rating. First experience was great, went back for advice as there was mistakes on tattoo. Asked take to lady that done it and person on desk said they were on lunch. She was sat about 5 foot away from me. Eventually came over and spoke to her about it and said bits were don't seem to be healing and the mistakes. Owner then just butted in and said I must of not been following instructions from them about aftercare. Anyway got someone else to sort mistakes out and did far better job.
