The problem I have here is that I wait four weeks to be fit in for a half sleeve. Big decision, and psych myself up for it. Outside the shop about to walk in and get a phone call to cancel it. Ok so the artist is off sick with a bad back, fair enough, but if I cancel 10 mins before my appointment I lose my deposit so the reverse has to be true- plus you know hes off, why wait until I walk in the shop, I have arranged child care for gods sake. No offer of compensation, no offer for another artist to work over or fit me in the next day, no offer to knock any cost off. Just an assumption I will rebook and they may be able to fit me in soon. Not good enough. Poor customer service and an utter lack of respect for someone who is (was) putting a fair amount of cash into the till. Dont go here. Had lots of work done at WATCHTOWER (previously CUT 'n INK), Jon Cav is an exceptional tattoo artist & definitely a name to watch. It's a cool little shop and the staff are really friendly & helpful...they won't just tattoo for the sake of it either, particular on 'newbies', I've witnessed them discuss the process and the importance of choice with potential new clients numerous times....some artists are happy to throw anything on with little thought nor guidance but that doesn't happen here. The quality and standard of work over-rides the push for a quick £££££. Genuinely couldn't recommend the place any higher. The only annoying part at times is trying to get a slot...!!!! Read Less

Had a tattoo done here yesterday and absolutely love it! So happy I chose here to get it done. Really friendly in there and im so happy with my tattoo! They were so thoughtful and accommodating to my mum as well who has difficulty getting up stairs due to sciatica and was unable to get up to the tattoo rooms upstairs so they re-set up a room downstairs to accommodate us.
