Went to get my daughter's helix piercing today having had a very negative experience at a place in Birkenhead ( we walked out without getting it done). Couldn't have been a more different experience. Beinta was an absolute delight, friendly and chatty and put us both at ease straight away. It was quick and, according to my daughter, quite painless. I went here for my first ever piercing. The ladies were so friendly and made me feel relaxed about the process. They answered all my questions and let me sit as long as I needed whilst I recovered.
