My sister bought some hair extensions, as we walked in there was no sign saying no refunds on wigs or extensions, and at the point of purchase this was not explained either. My sister paid ��60 for some hair which felt ok and then when she got back to her hair salon she took them out the package straight away to try and they were nothing like how the lady described them to be, they were thin and you could see my sisters real hair. My sister was upset as she had been after some… extensions for a while and thought she would give metalize a chance as we have been customers for years. When she went to return them she made sure she put them back in the packaging as nicely as possible so that any customer would be happy to buy them again. The woman made my sister feel so uncomfortable when she asked for her money back. She turned her nose up to her and said I can't sell them like that in a cocky tone as if they had been coloured and cut!, she was happy taking my sisters money when she was falsely selling them but when it came to returning them she didn't want to know. My sister left upset as she had spent a lot of money that she works hard for, and I know if the shoe was on the other foot the woman would have felt the same! I did some research and read that the customer right act states that if you are not happy with a service you are entitled to a refund. I called metalize and after listening to the unprofessional wining for so long I threatened to go to the ADR and she said if the extensions are put correctly in the packaging she could have a refund, so I met my sister and put the extensions in the packet as close to perfection as possible and went to get her refund as my sister was too upset with the rudeness she has received. SURPRISE SURPRISE!!! There was now out of nowhere a sign on the counter saying no refunds for wigs or extensions!! NEXT TIME YOU WANT TO SELL YOUR SHIT PRODUCTS HOW ABOUT YOU EXPLAIN THE RETURNS POLICY PROPERLY AND DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY! I explained to the woman that I will be posting this review and she said that she would be getting me done.
