I’ve had many piercings at different places but visited Kazbar today for the second time to have my septum done and I have to say that everyone in the shop was so welcoming and helpful and really put me at ease! The piercer there is amazing and does such a great job, I barely felt it and he calmed me down as I was pretty anxious about this one! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my piercings from now. The best place to get any piercings done. I've been multiple times. Not sure about the upstairs tattoo parlour as I've never got one from here. It can be really busy later on in the week (Thursday onwards) so be mindful. As it only has one person doing the piercings. Although it is on the expensive side to do simple piercings they do offer a loyalty cards to collect stamps. So worth it in my opinion. Read Less

Came in today to get my daughters naval pierced. I can’t praise the staff enough! Thank you for a super service, you made us feel very welcome and so at ease. Terrible after care on more than one occasion! Have unfortunately had all my piercings and a tattoo here since I was a teenager (20 years ago) and the shop was inside the arcade. Therefore, it is a real shame that I will not ever be returning due to one of your team members. First encounter with rude man. For most recent piercings I’ve had to go back due to the ball part of earring falling off after 3 weeks. The gentleman with the Moustache, the one I am sure you have received complaints about before because his social skills with customers is shocking, said with out an earring in nothing can be done and it was not pierced here! I ask to speak to the piercer as I am sure he would remember me. Was told no, yet he smiles at you the whole time. I can only guess at this stage he is a family member to be employed or part owner. Went back the next day, thank goodness he was not there, as I really did not want to see him...earring sorted. Second time ball off, earring in though, bought a new earring and was told no one could put it on a Saturday. I replied i work all week to be told still nothing we can do on a Saturday and did you get peircing here ... blah blah again I bought the earring anyway but straight away googled for recommendations of somewhere else. I will admit there is not many shops I stay loyal too but when trusting someone to pierce or tattoo you, i consider it more than just a shop and you have a large amount of leeway or forgiveness. However, I choose never to set one foot in the shop now. Be aware they will pierce you, take your money, and if your unlucky enough to get the guy behind the desk, he will not care if you had your piercing three weeks ago, the help, aftercare and advice after is not there 😢 Although if you do want a high level of Attitude and I don’t give a damn ... the Moustache guy is the man representing this shop with those qualities consistently 😂 joke for me is a went back after the first encounter... Laughing aside I am genuinely upset still and very emotional about the whole thing hence the review two weeks after the last encounter with the sales guy. Read Less

Had a daith piercing done by Pete in September as I suffered with headaches and migraines almost daily, since having it done I've only had one mild headache and have come off 3 different types of medication.. it's been truly life changing!!
