Husband and I had matching tattoos done by Allie (Alan) and are super thrilled with them. Two weeks down the line and they're just perfect. Love the Covid precautions they take there, felt very safe. Got my right nostril pierced at Devils Own today. I've never seen kinder staff - I told them that I'm terrified of needles and the girl that pierced my nose was so very attentive, asked me about ten times if I'm okay and brought me a cup of water at the end. I went to devils own with a rubbish tattoo hoping they could help, the staff are amazing and Nathan who is doing my tattoo has been so patient with reworking it I caused him more headaches than he has probably had before but now i am finally happy with my tattoo and love to show it off I'll definitely be going there for my next tattoo great place, great people thanks guys Read Less

I had a tattoo done here in January 2016 (I realise this is a late review, just the longer I've had the tattoo the more things about it have bothered me). When I first went in I had an idea in my mind of what I wanted but I'm not particularly artistic and wanted some help in getting the design right and make it look more special and artistic but all I got was a few Google image searches and printed out shapes. Very reluctant to give any real help or advice. In hindsight this should have been my first clue to try somewhere else! The tattoo that I had done was pretty basic in design, no complex detail to it or anything and there are still a number of bits of it that were pretty poorly penned and just don't look right. The longer I've had it the more I have noticed wrong, And things that aren't really correctable either without ruining it further. Again, The longer I had it, the more patchy it has looked. I'm not talking the first couple of weeks as it sort of beds in, I am talking 6 months or so. There are also a few raised bits where it was done a bit heavy handedly. As much as I'd like to try and get some bits touched up and corrected, firstly it'll obviously be too late now to have it touched up, but secondly I wouldn't want to come back to here to get it sorted as I don't trust that I'll come out with any improvement on what's already been done. I had my tattoo don't by jo over a year ago and she was very polite and chatty. When I got home I realised there were some rough bits on my tattoo... I went back in to the shop just recently to ask for a tidy up on my tattoo in the places I thought were rough. Today I had a two hour sitting with JO again and she made me feel very uncomfortable. Didn't even try speak to me for the two hours. And when I ask a question about my tattoo she replied "look just let me see what I can do, leave it with me" (very rude & blunt) I as the customer just wanted a little reassurance from the question i asked. She left me feeling very uncomfortable and scared to ask anything about my own tattoo.. Read Less

Friendly and helpful staff. Had a couple of tattoos done by Thrax, both coming out better than expected. Going back for more work to be done soon. Obviously very popular with the standard of work they do so book early, especially if you want a Saturday sitting. Definitely recommend!!! Read Less

Had a shoulder tattoo done by Paul last year and last week Kirsty corrected a lobe piercing for me that had been done badly elsewhere in town the week before. Staff are always friendly, honest, down to earth and helpful. Perfectly professional and really know what they're doing. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. I was an idiot to try to get anything done somewhere else. The work is excellent, prices fair and staff are lovely. There's no reason not to go with them. Read Less
