Came in for a medusa piercing today, extremely nervous, Kieran was absolutely lovely and talked through the piercing process, what he uses and a lot of advice on the after care. Lovely quick piercing, made it as painless as possible, very laid back and made me as comfortable as possible. Considering I have gone to the same shop for years for my piercings, I cannot recommend this place enough and will be back for my future piercings, thanks so much. Read Less

Totally in love with my tattoo. I walked in with a design in mind but was still unsure it has deep meaning and wanted it to be right. There was a comfortable and relaxing area to wait whilst the tattoo artist drew up my design. He was extremely professional and drew a few designs for me to pick from. It smelt super clean (always a good sign for a tattoo parlour!) and was spotless. Crad took the time to make sure that the tattoo was what I wanted and I'm so happy with the end result. I just adore Hellcats! The atmosphere is like going into another world. I leave any problems outside the door. The staff are so REALLY NICE!! Such good, nice people. The owner Jeremy Smith is a sweetie. He is so talented, such a perfectionist. So honest in taking pride in a perfect result. He is lovely to know as a friend as all the staff are. The piercer (unsure of his name sorry) was absolutely fab! No pain at all, had my tragus and nose done, then silly me got a bad piercing elsewhere and he was able to sort it out for me, took his time, no rush and really helped me. Even stayed after the shop was supposed to be closed. Honestly can't thank them enough and they are brilliant and I highly recommend them to everyone ! � Read Less
