I had my first tattoo with Phil when he was at the back of woolies and my 2nd one done when he first opened on poulton street 20 + years later they are still as bright as the were when he did them. I totally recommend this guy especially if it's your first one he puts you at total ease and never pressures you. I have since moved out of the county and have never found a tattooist that can hold a candle to him

I had my first tattoo with Phil when he was at the back of woolies and my 2nd one done when he first opened on poulton street 20 + years later they are still as bright as the were when he did them.
