Made an appointment here for Thursday 19th. Arrived 10 minutes early but no one acknowledge me for 5minutes. When they finally spoke to me they seemed surprised to hear I had an appointment. The receptionist turned to the tattooist and he said he was running behind by 80 minutes. I was stood next to him but the receptionist turned to me and said he was running 60 minutes behind and could I go for a walk round Clitheroe. I complained and said we had a later appointment and we had come all the way from Preston. Her reply to that was that she travelled every day from Garstang?. She said that that the tattooist could not stop half way through as this would be painful for the customer to start again an hour later. Then the person being tattooed and the tattooist left the parlour and went into the back. I asked the receptionist if the person being tattooed was a member of staff and was told that was none of my business. I was so mad I stormed out but had forgot that I had paid a £30 deposit. My husband realised this and asked for my deposit back but was told only the owner could sanction a refund. She was asked to ring him but said she could not get through. She said she would keep trying and ring us later. She rang 20 minutes later and said we could not have a refund as the tattooist now said he would fit me in. We told her we did not want him to do it now as we felt he would have rushed it and that did not fill me with confidence. It would be too late if I let him go ahead and I was not happy with the outcome. We asked to speak to the owner ourselves to give him our side of the story but she would not give us his number. We rang the parlour again the next day as we had not heard from the owner and we were told that he would ring us that night. He did ring twice but we missed his call. We have since rung several times to speak to him but to date we have not had a call. The said I broke my contract as I refused to have the tattoo done, but they had overbooked in the first place and expected me to hang around for an hour and half. This is the most amazing and most professional tattoo shop I've ever been to !!! There work speaks for its self and they can't do enough to help you with what ever you want the tattooist Nathan did mine and I'm more than happy!! I'm over the moon so friendly and such a gentleman with having a tattoo as a lady can be nervous.. but not at all with Nathan such a comfortable experience and the results are outstanding!! I went here Friday along with my 18 year old daughter who wanted her 1st tattoo. She wanted a thigh piece of an mandala elephant, this was a full day session. Ash was the Artist recommended. Ash was excellent with my daughter, checked on her at every step, made her take a break when he thought she needed and really looked after her and made us both (worried/anxious mum) feel relaxed! The finished product is out of the world and blows out the water all our expectations! ...
