Initially really happy with the tattoo I had done, crisp lines and dark blacks. However within a few weeks most of the ink had come out of the tattoo leaving it faded, patchy and grey. I went back today to get some advice and hopefully a quick touch up to remedy the issue but was told they were under no liability to do so and it was my own fault for using Bepanthen cream as recently they had changed the ingredients and that this issue could happen. At the time of the tattoo t...his was never told to me, no one corrected me when I said I'd be using Bepanthen and no alternatives were recommended. I explained this today hoping for some compassion but only another £40 fee was offered to quickly go over the tattoo again. Feel a bit hard done by considering the original tattoo itself took less than 10 minutes and would take the same if not less time to rectify. Staff were friendly and approachable when I had the tattoo done but seemed less interested when I came back for aftercare, really disappointed and a bit upset with the final result.
