Kelly is one of the best artists I've ever had the pleasure to receive a tattoo from. In a trade where just about anyone can set up as a tattoo artist, it was quite exciting to find such a talented exponent and on my doorstep as well. I can recommend The Jeweled Bird 100% so long as you don't mind waiting , she is normally booked up for 3 or 4 months in advance. But, boy oh boy, it is definitely worth the wait.
