Unfortunately this place lost its only talented tattooist Stu, hopefully moving onto better studios in Oz after working alongside the less talented "tattooist" Dave Foxley. The hourly rate of tattooing is hugely overpriced considering there are many other studios with much more skilled tattooists charging less. He charges the maximum rate for less than average tattoos and if you do decide to visit here (I strongly suggest against), be careful of the clock too as he is quite known for finishing slightly early of the allocated time yet charging £30-40 (30mins) more!
So many talented artists are struggling in this industry, yet Dave's disinterest shows when he talks openly about tattooing not being his first career choice as he's using it as a means for money while attempting a career as a prosthetic make-up artist. I would definitely steer clear of this place and head into Canterbury where there are a handful of studios with tattooists that are interested and skilled to providing a good tattoo, unlike Dave's 'maximum money with minimum effort' second rate service.
