I was recommended Mr Roo as I had a bad experience else where , what a chilled out environment , he finished off the work from elsewhere and created a brand new tattoo on my forearm , Im getting lots ...

Attended my first appointment this weekend , Mr Roo made me feel relaxed and very welcome we discussed ideas and he come up with an amazing design to get my sleeve started and I'm absolutely over the moon with it and can't wait to get back next month to carry on .. Mr Roo is very talented and a top man .. highly recommended!!
