Felt my piercing experience was good, piercer was very clean with her work. However I found out today after visiting the shop to try and get my piercings changed to a bigger bar and being told she was not in that i went to another shop and was told if I had left it another week or so.. my piercings would have been embedded. I am disappointed that I was not given bars to accommodate swelling.. there was not a bigger size available at piercing and instead of telling me to come back another day when they were in stock, I was told to come back again if the swelling continues to get them changed. I go back today and piercer is nowhere to be seen. Luckily another shop nearby had a piercer available today to change my bars to bigger ones or this could of been a lot more serious. Read Less

Only popped in to have a quick chat about what I was after and hoping to book an appointment for it...left with a new tattoo ♡ the atmosphere in the studio is really nice and staff all seem very laid back and friendly. I had my daith pierced here 2 years ago and unluckily for me my ear just didn't get on with the bar. I went back and Alexandra was so helpful and told me what to do to see if it would heal but it still didn't. I went back today as it was painful and still not healing. Alexandra changed the bar to a little love heart. She made me feel so comfortable and was so helpful to make me feel at ease. So thank you very much! I would recommend Alexandra to anyone! Read Less

After my boyfriend had his tattoo done by Marv last week I decided to go ahead with mine and I'm soooo glad I did. The staff make u feel so welcome and Marv made me feel so relaxed. Had my first tattoo done by Marv earlier this week! and I am so so happy with it! He was really friendly and very helpful. I felt right at home even tho I was a bit anxious. Also very efficient, from me first popping in to ask about what I wanted, booked an appointment and two days later it was all done.
